Rob Van Dam’s been everywhere — from ECW and WWE to Japan and the independent scene — but according to the WWE Hall of Famer, one of the hottest and most underrated promotions right now isn’t where you’d expect.

In a recent interview with GamesHub.com, RVD gave major props to JCW (Juggalo Championship Wrestling), the wild underground promotion founded by Violent J of Insane Clown Posse. And RVD isn’t just throwing out a name for clout — he broke down exactly why JCW is on the verge of something big.

“That’s a tough question, but maybe JCW,” RVD said when asked about the most underrated promotion in wrestling today. “The clowns seem right now to be getting all the news, all the media. They’ve got Vince Russo writing their shows now…”

RVD also revealed he’s had conversations with Violent J himself, with JCW’s founder reaching out to get the wrestling legend involved.

“I’ve been talking to some people and some of those are my friends who founded it, Violent J from ICP. And he’s been asking if there’s anything I could do to help their company.”

What impressed RVD the most wasn’t just the personalities — it was JCW’s relentless schedule and commitment to building something different.

“I noticed last year when I had Joe on my podcast, he was a Christmas guest… and I noticed back then that their schedule is full. These guys are on tour like all the time. Like who’s doing that? Who’s got that much of a schedule where they’ve got 15 shows in December? What the hell?”

With Vince Russo now reportedly booking, JCW’s storylines and characters are gaining traction among fans, and RVD believes it’s only a matter of time before they blow up.

“These characters that they’ve developed there... they’re really original and different. So I’m gonna say right now, that’s probably the most underrated because people don’t know that they’re about to blow up.”

And when it comes to leadership? RVD says you won’t find many more hands-on than JCW’s Violent J.

“You want to talk about a promoter who’s a hard worker that’s done everything himself, right from the bottom? That’s Violent J!”

Rob Van Dam didn’t just name-drop JCW — he laid out the receipts. Between Vince Russo’s chaotic storytelling, Violent J’s nonstop hustle, and a schedule that puts bigger companies to shame, JCW isn’t just making noise — they’re gearing up to steal the spotlight. RVD sees it coming… now the rest of the wrestling world just has to catch up.

Do you agree with RVD’s take on JCW? Is Vince Russo the right guy to help them break out? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
