After months of simmering tension and sneak attacks, Gia Miller will finally get her hands on Tessa Blanchard at TNA Bound For Glory.
The grudge match was confirmed following a video segment that aired during the October 2 episode of TNA iMPACT, where Miller revealed that she negotiated a specific clause before agreeing to lift Blanchard’s suspension. If Blanchard laid a hand on her again, Miller would be allowed to fight back—and now that moment has arrived.
The drama between the two kicked off at Slammiversary, when Blanchard lost a match to Indi Hartwell and then took out her frustrations backstage by attacking Miller. That assault led to Blanchard’s suspension. But in a surprising twist, Miller was the one who later pushed for that suspension to be lifted—only to be blindsided again the moment Blanchard was allowed back.
Miller, who hasn’t wrestled since April 2024, is best known as a correspondent and interviewer for TNA but does have some in-ring experience. She began wrestling in 2020 and has competed in a handful of matches for TNA/IMPACT, mostly under a different persona during the Throwback Throwdown events. This latest development adds even more personal stakes to an already loaded Bound For Glory card. Here’s the updated lineup:
• TNA World Tag Team Championships — Tables Match: The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) (c) vs. Team 3D (Bully Ray & D-Von Dudley)
• TNA World Championship: Trick Williams (c) vs. Mike Santana
• TNA Knockouts World Championship: Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Indi Hartwell
• Hardcore War: The System (Moose, Alisha Edwards, Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers & J.D.C.) vs. Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, Tasha Steelz, Agent Zero, Jason Hotch & John Skyler)
• Call Your Shot Gauntlet: Mance Warner, Léi Yǐng Lee (plus 18 more to be announced)
• TNA X Division Championship: Leon Slater (c) vs. Je’Von Evans
• TNA International Championship: Frankie Kazarian (c) vs. Steve Maclin
• Gia Miller vs. Tessa Blanchard
After months of being the target, Gia Miller now gets to fight back—and she’s doing it on one of the biggest stages TNA has to offer.
Will Gia Miller shock the world in her return match, or will Tessa Blanchard prove why she’s still one of the most dangerous women in wrestling? Drop your predictions and reactions in the comments below.
