The Righteous are opening up about why signing with TNA Wrestling felt like destiny — and it all comes down to timing, horror films, and the new partnership with AMC.

During a recent appearance on the Hitting The Turnbuckle podcast, Vincent broke down how he and Dutch had just reintroduced The Righteous to the wrestling world before TNA came calling. According to Vincent, the stars aligned at exactly the right moment. He explained that the team had just refreshed their presentation with new vignettes and a renewed vision for their characters when the opportunity presented itself.

“I spoke about this during that five-month period. Dutch and I kind of almost rebranded The Righteous. We had come out with those new vignettes, which was kind of like a reintroductory to the world for The Righteous. Shortly after that, we ended up showing up in TNA when they had reached out to us. And it just — the timing of everything with TNA and AMC and us being such big AMC fans, it just worked out the way it worked out. And the way everything is kind of going now has just been amazing with the partnership with TNA and AMC. It’s just a great fit for The Righteous.”

Vincent made it clear that this wasn’t just about signing somewhere new — it was about landing in a company that believed in their creative vision. He pointed directly to the effort TNA has put into their entrance and storytelling presentation.

“The time they’re putting into us as far as the entrance and just the storytelling aspect of everything for our characters has been pretty awesome. So it was just the right fit. And it’s been great ever since.”

The AMC partnership plays a major role in that excitement. Vincent didn’t hide how much the network’s horror identity connects with The Righteous’ eerie presentation. As longtime fans of AMC’s FearFest and horror programming, the pairing feels natural. He then tied it back to their personal interests and how that platform amplifies their brand.

“We’ve said this in previous interviews — the partnership with AMC and what AMC puts behind TNA as far as getting us out there as a product has been amazing on their part. They’re very happy with TNA right now. So I think the growth is there and it’s going to continue to grow through time.”

“Being on AMC to us — we’re huge horror movie fans. They do FearFest, they do all these things. I must’ve said this in different interviews a million times, but we’re that into that kind of stuff. So to have TNA on that platform is pretty awesome.”

Dutch echoed that sentiment and made it clear he believes the partnership came together at exactly the right moment for both sides.

“It just couldn’t have been a better time and a better partnership than TNA and AMC and the timing that we got into the company. I think the possibilities are endless, and I’m just looking forward to the future and seeing where this goes. It’s going to be massive.”

With TNA Wrestling expanding its reach through AMC and building momentum into 2026, The Righteous clearly see themselves as part of that next chapter. Between their horror-inspired aesthetic and the network’s identity, they believe this move wasn’t just smart — it was inevitable.
