During the September 27, 2025 tapings in Edmonton, Alberta, Ridge Holland suffered a serious injury and will be forced to miss out on significant in-ring time. In the meantime, the expected timeline for Holland’s return has been revealed.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ridge Holland broke his foot during his match against Moose. It was noted that he is set to undergo Lisfranc surgery on October 3 and will likely be out for six months or more.
“Ridge Holland suffered a broken foot at the TNA tapings in a match with Moose on 9/27 in Edmonton. He is scheduled for lisfranc surgery on 10/3. He will likely be out for six months or longer. The match itself was stopped when he got hurt was stopped and Moose had to help him to the back.”
Ridge Holland’s match against Moose didn’t go as planned and was stopped after Ridge landed awkwardly and appeared to seriously injure his foot. It was revealed that Ridge was in visible pain and couldn’t put weight on the leg. The referee ended the match and gave Moose the win. Moose helped carry Ridge to the back after the incident.
Injuries are unfortunately a normal part of wrestling, but Ridge Holland’s broken foot is a massive setback because it means he’ll be out for a long time. With surgery already scheduled, fans are staying hopeful that he’ll make a full recovery and come back even stronger in 2026.
