Fresh off his WWE release, Ridge Holland isn’t ruling out stepping into an AEW or NJPW ring—but he’s not chasing attention. In fact, he’s only interested in returning to wrestling if he can contribute something real.

In his TMZ Inside the Ring interview, Holland (real name Luke Menzies) opened up about his WWE run, his current injury situation, and where things might go from here. Toward the end of the conversation, he was asked directly whether he’d consider wrestling in AEW, GCW, NJPW, or other promotions once he’s fully healed. Holland didn’t hesitate to explain his mindset:

“I mean, I love wrestling. Like, that’s the one thing that I wanted to do since I were a kid. I love wrestling. So whether they want me there—if they think I can add value, which I think I can—I’ve not scratched the surface in what I’m capable of, totally. Even though I was at WWE for eight years, I feel like I’ve not scratched the surface. So if I could add value to someone’s promotion, then yeah. And if I can help as well, that’s the main thing. I want to give back. It’s not all about me, me, me. I’m a big proponent of giving back as well. So if I can do that, there’s a good chance.”

It’s a grounded take from a guy who’s still rehabbing a serious foot injury and might need neck fusion surgery. For now, he’s focused on healing, doing signings, and building a presence on YouTube—but the wrestling fire is clearly still burning.

Holland isn’t begging for a contract—he’s waiting to see if there’s a mutual fit. If a promotion sees potential in him, he’s ready to go to work and pay it forward.
