Ricochet Sparks Meme Madness With Viral Bald Head Spot on AEW Dynamite

Ricochet has always been associated with his bald look, something he is more than aware of. In fact, he has embraced being bald and it’s now an active part of him, and now it appears that another spot featuring his bald head from Dynamite this week has become a viral sensation.

As seen during the April 9th edition of AEW Dynamite, Ricochet took part in an 8-man tag team match and during the match, he jumped to the outside and watched in horror as Will Ospreay, Mark Briscoe, Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight slapped his head as he got taken out.

It was purely meme material, and Will Ospreay was well aware of that as he took to Twitter and shared a green screen video of Ricochet from Dynamite as he encouraged the internet to make all kinds of memes on it.

Unsurprisingly, fans went wild with the green screen. One fan included Ricochet in the background of Super Mario 64, while another fan mocked AEW’s dwindling ratings by including 1 million viewers at the beginning and after Ricochet completed the jump, it dropped to 600,000 views and “No dimes” to end the video.

The fun just began as another fan inserted the Ricochet video into a backdrop of Mortal Kombat as he got laid out by Shao Khan. Another video included Ricochet getting involved in an iconic episode of The Simpsons as he looked at a barren wasteland. Another amusing one saw Ricochet getting attacked by Smough and Ornstein from Dark Souls as he instantly died.

Whether he’s soaring through the air or perfectly timing a synchronized head slap, Ricochet keeps showing he’s one of the most versatile and meme-worthy stars in pro wrestling. According to the internet, one thing’s clear: being bald is officially viral and Ricochet has just accepted that.
