Edris Enofe’s WWE departure is already making waves—and it didn’t take long for AEW’s Ricochet to chime in.

Shortly after Enofe posted a heartfelt video on Instagram confirming his WWE exit, Ricochet reacted on Twitter with a message that was both blunt and humorous, tagging AEW in the process.

The tweet instantly caught attention, adding fuel to speculation that Enofe could make the leap to All Elite Wrestling—especially with Ricochet now thriving in the AEW system after his own WWE exit earlier this year.

Enofe’s departure marks the end of a four-year run with WWE, where he became a standout on the NXT roster. In his announcement, he showed nothing but gratitude for the people who helped shape his journey.

“As of today, I will officially be leaving the WWE. This is a decision that I thought about for a very long time, and I’m gonna trust my gut on this,” Enofe said. “For the past four years, I had the chance and the opportunity to meet and work with incredible people… and of course to all the fans who have supported me and stuck by my side through all these years, thank you.”

He recently returned to action following shoulder surgery, with his last match taking place at an NXT live event in July. His longtime tag partner Malik Blade remains out of action due to a torn ACL suffered in December 2024.

While Enofe hasn’t commented on his next move, Ricochet’s tweet has certainly sparked conversation—and maybe even a storyline.
