Is Rey Mysterio Back with WWE Full-Time?

As seen at Sunday’s Royal Rumble event, Rey Mysterio made his return to the company and participated in the men’s Royal Rumble match.

PWInsider reports that his deal was put together within the last week but was kept a secret. Right now his appearance is a one-off deal and he hasn’t signed a new contract with the company.

While Mysterio has a lot of other non-WWE obligations, Dave Meltzer indicated on Wrestling Observer Radio that he could possibly work more events in the near future. Meltzer added that “he would never work that full time schedule” if he did sign back on with the company.
