The Revival Blames New Day For Embarrassing Tag Team Wrestling

WWE announced that The New Day will be defending their SmackDown Tag Team Titles against The Revival at Clash Of Champions on September 15th. This rivalry is already getting pretty heated.

Scott Dawson unloaded on Twitter where he blamed The New Day for embarrassing the tag team division. The Revival makes the money, but The New Day continues to cheapen the division. Now they will have to settle things at Clash Of Champions.

I blame New Day for the embarrassment this whole tag division has turned into. I blame you guys for cheering them on. We make our money in the division they’ve cheapened. It’s time to make a 7 figure dent in my bank account. #TopGuys #FTRKO

It will be very interesting to see how this feud turns out at Clash Of Champions. As we previously mentioned, The Revival are on RAW, therefore, a switch to SmackDown could also put The Top Guys on the same brand as their new partner Randy Orton.
