WWE could be bringing back a familiar face—just over three years after letting her go.
According to Fightful Select, Sloane Jacobs (formerly known as Notorious Mimi) is scheduled for an upcoming WWE tryout, marking 1,167 days since her original release from the company. While nothing is finalized yet, this could be the first step toward a potential WWE return if all goes well.
Jacobs had a brief run in NXT in 2022, appearing on both NXT TV and Level Up, where she faced names like Roxanne Perez and Nikkita Lyons. She was released in November 2022 but continued wrestling across the independent scene, including appearances for ROH, MLW, and most recently, Greektown Pro Wrestling in Canada last December.
She also gained recognition from her appearance on the Monster Factory series on Apple TV, which followed her journey through one of wrestling’s most respected schools.
Jacobs wouldn’t be the first talent to return to WWE after time away. Matt Cardona, released in 2020, rebuilt his brand on the indies and is now back with the company under the SmackDown banner.
