Dave Meltzer discussed Charlotte Flair’s status on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Live and mentioned that she was backstage at SmackDown this week but not used. WWE did an interview with her where she provided an update on Ric Flair’s status.
Meltzer said that the reason Charlotte was not used on SmackDown is because she’s not currently involved in any storylines on WWE programming. Meltzer said that she will return to television in the next couple of weeks.
