Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate reunited on WWE television earlier this year, after Bate came back from injury. However, they didn’t stay on WWE TV for long and have been absent for a while and now the reason behind their absence has been revealed.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez was asked if he had heard anything about Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne’s absence from WWE television. Alvarez simply stated that both Bate and Dunne are currently injured, which is why they haven’t been seen on WWE television.

“I can give everybody a scoop. I believe both Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne are injured.”

It is to be noted that both Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate last competed inside a WWE ring during the May 26th edition of Main Event, where they defeated Grayson Waller and Austin Theory. Dunne’s second child was born earlier in May but he obviously competed after his child’s birth.

We will have to wait and see when Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate will make their return to WWE television and go back to doing what they love the most, since it’s not really known what kind of injuries have them on the shelf right now. Regardless, fans are hoping for the best.
