Many fans expected to see Hulk Hogan at Saturday Night’s Main Event on January 25th in San Antonio, Texas, after he promoted the show. However, Hogan will not be appearing for the event this week and now the reason behind his absence has been revealed.
According to a report by PWInsider, despite Hulk Hogan being featured in the promotion for tomorrow’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event commercials, he will not appear on the NBC broadcast. The reason for his absence is simple—he was never scheduled to be there in the first place.
It was revealed that Hogan’s son Nick, is getting married this weekend, and that’s why he won’t be at the event. Nick was also with Hogan at the Raw Netflix debut in Los Angeles on January 6.
While some fans assumed Hulk Hogan was not going to be at Saturday Night’s Main Event because of the negative reaction he got from fans during his appearance on the January 6th RAW, it’s now confirmed that was not the case whatsoever.
While it might be disappointing for fans who were hoping to see Hogan at Saturday Night’s Main Event, it’s clear the WWE Hall of Famer has a good reason to miss out and now fans are waiting to see when The Hulkster will make his return to WWE television.
