AEW’s Saturday night Collision is heating up with a major six-man tag team clash on January 4, as Rated FTR face off against The Learning Tree. The match was officially announced during the Fight For The Fallen episode of AEW Dynamite on January 1.

The announcement followed a backstage confrontation where Rated FTR exchanged heated words with Big Bill and Bryan Keith. In typical fashion, Cope couldn’t resist mocking Big Bill’s face, adding a personal edge to the upcoming match.

This match adds another layer to a stacked Collision card that already features several marquee bouts, including Toni Storm taking on Deonna Purrazzo and a TNT Championship match between Daniel Garcia and Mark Briscoe. Plus, AEW World Tag Team Champions Private Party will defend their titles against Lio Rush and Action Andretti.

Confirmed lineup for AEW Collision on January 4:

  • Toni Storm vs. Deonna Purrazzo
  • TNT Championship Match: Daniel Garcia (c) vs. Mark Briscoe
  • AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: Private Party (Zay & Quen) (c) vs. Lio Rush & Action Andretti
  • The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) in attendance
  • The Learning Tree (Chris Jericho, Big Bill, & Bryan Keith) vs. Rated FTR (Cope, Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler)

As Rated FTR steps into the ring against a formidable team led by the legendary Chris Jericho, fans can expect plenty of fireworks in this battle of titans.
