Randy Orton Reveals Motivation Behind Cody Rhodes Attack During 3/16 WWE RAW

Randy Orton turned heel on Cody Rhodes, and that certainly spiced up the road to WrestleMania. Now, The Viper had a chance to speak his mind.

The March 16 episode of WWE RAW went down at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas. This included Michael Cole having a call with Randy Orton, but the Apex Predator was already on the phone with someone. After Orton wrapped up his call, he turned his attention to Cole.

Randy Orton said that he finally had a conversation with someone who reminded him why he did what he did to Cody Rhodes. This led him to a revelation that “I’m a killer.”

After speaking about Cody Rhodes for a bit more, Randy Orton concluded by saying that “wrestling has more than one royal family.” Of course, that is Cody’s theme song intro, but it also applies to the Orton family as well.

Only time will tell what happens on the road to WrestleMania at this point. Randy Orton certainly had a lot to say this week, and he will be on SmackDown this week to share even more that is going on in his mind.
