Randy Orton finally broke his silence after WWE made his WrestleMania 41 match official—and it’s a personal one.
The Viper will go one-on-one with Kevin Owens in a grudge match at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. This blockbuster showdown was confirmed on the March 21 edition of SmackDown in Bologna, Italy, where Orton received a massive ovation from the crowd.
Fans erupted as they sang along to “Voices,” but the mood quickly changed when Kevin Owens crashed the moment. Owens tried to squash the beef, offering Orton a shot at the Tag Team Titles—if they could bury the hatchet. “If you forgive me, I’ll forgive you,” Owens said, referencing their rocky past.
Orton didn’t bite. Instead, he let Owens have it with some biting words and pitched a better idea: they settle things at WrestleMania. WWE made it official later in the show.
After SmackDown, Orton jumped on X/Twitter to show some love to the crowd that gave him a hero’s welcome: “🇮🇹 you were so loud you almost drowned out the voices.… almost.”
The energy in Italy was unreal, but now the real heat is heading to Vegas.
