WrestleMania 41 was truly a two-night extravaganza from start to finish, and it ended up breaking several records. However, many fans have been constantly criticizing WWE for WrestleMania 41’s ticket prices, and now it appears even Randy Orton was shocked to hear just how expensive the tickets were for fans.
As revealed by footage making rounds on social media, a fan met with Randy Orton and talked about the ticket prices for WrestleMania 41. She mentioned she had bought tickets in the lower bowl, section C135, for both nights.
Randy Orton asked how far those seats were from the front row, saying, “How far back from the front row?” The fan revealed that the seats weren’t on the floor at all. When someone pointed out that some seats were going for around $30,000, Orton looked visibly shocked and stated that it was simply embarrassing for ticket prices to be so high, saying, “That’s embarrassing, to be honest. So much money for a seat.”
Randy Orton’s honest reaction shows that many fans are worried WWE’s high ticket prices might be pushing loyal supporters away. Big events like WrestleMania are always expensive, but prices now seem higher than ever, even for the wrestlers.
As WWE keeps putting on huge shows, they might need to think about how regular fans can still afford to go. When someone as well-known as Randy Orton speaks up about the prices, it’s a sign that the company should listen to what fans are saying.
