Queen Aminata just shared a big update on her recovery, and it sounds like she’s finally turning a corner after months of dealing with pain.

Aminata has been out of action since suffering an injury at the end of October. The issue forced her to miss key appearances, including being pulled from the women’s Blood & Guts match in November after neck tightness prevented her from being medically cleared.

Now, she’s letting fans know just how bad things were — and how far she’s come since then. Taking to social media, Aminata described the physical and mental toll the injury took on her before revealing that she’s finally moving without pain again.

“5 months ago, I could barely walk without pain. Training was impossible. Sleep was miserable. My neck and spine were on fire… but the hardest battle was mental. Today, I’m moving again. Pain free. Time to rebuild.”

Her message marks one of the most positive updates she’s shared since the injury first sidelined her. Earlier this year, she mentioned heading to Dynamite in February to have her neck checked by AEW doctors, showing she was still actively working toward a return.

While there’s still no official timeline for when Aminata will return to AEW television, the fact that she says she’s now pain free is a major step forward after months of setbacks. Right now, the focus shifts to what comes next. If her recovery continues at this pace, fans could start seeing signs of a return sooner rather than later.

Do you think Queen Aminata should ease back into action slowly, or would you like to see her jump right back into major matches when she returns? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
