Psycho Clown and Octagón Jr. Spotted at WWE NXT

Lucha Libre fans did a double take during WWE NXT on June 10, 2025—because AAA royalty just pulled up.

During the episode, which aired live from the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida, cameras caught Psycho Clown and Octagón Jr. sitting ringside right before the tag team match between The Culling (Niko Vance and Shawn Spears) and Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura.

The appearance wasn’t announced ahead of time and immediately sparked speculation online. With the WWE x AAA Worlds Collide crossover event still fresh in everyone’s mind, this kind of presence can only mean one thing: the door between promotions is still wide open.

Psycho Clown and Octagón Jr. are both locked in for Triplemanía Regia on June 15, where Clown will challenge for the AAA World Tag Team Championships alongside Pagano in a four-way match. Their appearance on NXT may be part of AAA’s continued effort to build momentum heading into that show—or they might just be there to stir things up.

Neither man got involved in the match, but their presence didn’t go unnoticed.
