Jason Jordan is in a weird, ahem, angle right now. He’s Kurt Angle’s son, so he asks for high profile matches. Right now, he’s gotten his ass kicked by Finn Balor, Roman Reigns, and John Cena. Still, he gets what he asks for, because nepotism.
It wouldn’t be hard for him to ask for a match against Miz at No Mercy. He could maybe even demand a stipulation that bans the Miztourage from ringside. Thing is, if Jordan challenges for the Intercontinental Championship at No Mercy, he’d have to win. Right now, people are having a hard time buying Jordan as a character, but a good title run may fix that.
A great match where Jordan suplexes the hell out of Miz and tosses him around like a sack of onions should wow the people. A decisive victory will get people talking, and it will be a good way to get eyes on young talent such as Jordan.
