Cedric Alexander
WWE is clearly very high on Cedric Alexander. You don’t eliminate 3 of the 5 competitors in a Fatal Five-Way match without somebody backstage singing your praises. I firmly believe that once Enzo’s run as Cruiserweight Champion is done, it will be Cedric’s time to shine.
Alexander is one of the best wrestlers on a roster full of great ones. He’s got some charisma about him too. It’s not so much the verbal kind as it is the physical kind, but it’s charisma nonetheless. He could easily become the face of the Cruiserweights.
By having him pit on quality matches against the likes of Tony Nese, Brian Kendrick, and TJ Perkins, Alexander could bring in some new viewers to the product. If WWE were to really go all in on Cedric and build the division around him, I think it could do wonders. Once he finds the spotlight, it might be hard to get him to leave it.
