Naomi’s long-awaited return to WWE RAW on August 18 might come with more than just an update—it could involve a major title shakeup.

After missing her scheduled Women’s World Championship match against IYO SKY last week, WWE announced Naomi will break her silence on RAW. But in a new twist, Bodyslam.Net’s Masked J reports Naomi is expected to speak on her “medical status amid swirling pregnancy rumors.”

The situation first sparked confusion when WWE abruptly pulled Naomi from her title defense just hours before the August 11 episode, stating she was “not medically cleared.” Fans were left stunned after the heavily promoted match was scrapped last minute, with IYO SKY instead facing Lyra Valkyria in a non-title bout.

Now, with reports of a potential pregnancy in the air, the stakes are even higher. According to Bodyslam’s source, “Some say she might vacate the Women’s World Championship! Don’t miss it.”

Even Naomi’s father, Derek Mack, added fuel to the fire with an Instagram Story hyping the episode: “Tune in on Monday Night Raw it’s gonna be epic! 🔥”

And while WWE has kept things quiet, Natalya—one of Naomi’s close friends—hinted at the sensitivity of the matter on Busted Open Radio.

“Naomi is a really close friend of mine but I just feel like it’s a time right now where she needs space,” Nattie said. “I don’t think it’s crazy in a bad way—but I think that obviously, it’s private. It’s personal. I feel like she will talk about it when she’s ready.”

All signs now point to RAW being the platform for Naomi’s long-awaited reveal. Whether she’s stepping away due to a personal milestone or swerving fans completely, this could be a major turning point in the Women’s Division.
