Tessa Blanchard is back in TNA Wrestling, but could she be making a surprise appearance in WWE NXT down the line? With WWE’s partnership with TNA opening doors for crossover moments, speculation has been running wild. Now, a new update sheds light on whether Blanchard could step inside a WWE ring again.

During a recent Backstage Pass Q&A, WrestleVotes addressed the possibility of Blanchard appearing in NXT, and while it’s not off the table, it doesn’t seem likely anytime soon.

“I think the longer the partnership goes, the better shot of that happening. But, I don’t foresee it anytime soon,” WrestleVotes explained. “I think there’s conversations that probably need to take place with a whole bunch of different parties before they would approach that. But, I do think if it’s still a partnership in two to three years, and she’s still part of the company—TNA-wise—I’d say probably, yeah.”

Blanchard made her TNA comeback at Final Resolution before securing a major win over Jordynne Grace at Genesis. Given her history with WWE from 2016 to 2017—where she faced stars like Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, Carmella, and Kairi Sane—a return down the road wouldn’t be completely shocking.

With WWE and TNA working together, anything is possible—but for now, Blanchard’s future with WWE remains uncertain. If the partnership holds strong and she sticks around in TNA, don’t be surprised if her name pops up in NXT down the road. Until then, fans will just have to wait and see if Blanchard’s path ever leads her back to WWE.
