After a scary fall mid-match on WWE Raw had fans thinking the worst, Penta’s recovery is finally headed in the right direction — and his doctor says a return could be just days away.

In an update posted to Instagram, Dr. Odiseo — a well-known physician among luchadors — appeared in a video alongside Penta to deliver news that fans have been waiting for: the masked superstar is recovering, and things are looking promising, and he expects Penta to get cleared by this Friday.

"@penta_zero_miedo is on the right track and we have good results so far, however, we mustn't get complacent and must continue working together. I'm confident it will be ready by Friday."

When a fan directly asked if Penta would be ready to wrestle at AAA Guerra de Titanes on December 20 — a huge tag team match where he and Rey Fenix are set to challenge Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano — the answer was short but hopeful:

“Hope so.”

This comes after Penta went down during the “Last Time Is Now” tournament match against Solo Sikoa on Raw. A risky hurricanrana off the barricade went wrong, and he landed hard on his shoulder. The match was waved off, cameras quickly cut to commercial, and fans were concerned.

Penta’s return status is critical, especially after he and Rey Fenix reunited at AAA’s Alianzas event and called out their opponents. But that challenge came before the Raw injury — which had some fans wondering if he’d even be medically cleared in time.

With December 20 rapidly approaching, the pressure is on. But if Dr. Odiseo’s instincts are right, we might still see Zero Miedo in action before the year ends.

Do you think Penta should return this soon, or should he take more time to heal up completely? Drop your thoughts and predictions in the comments — we want to hear where you stand.
