Penelope Ford is officially returning to action—and she’s teaming up with Megan Bayne once again.

AEW has announced that Ford will make her in-ring return on Collision: Maximum Carnage, airing January 17. The match, which is being taped on January 14, will see Ford and Bayne reunite as a tag team—though their opponents have yet to be revealed.

Ford has been out of action since suffering a UCL tear in late October. The injury was first announced on October 29, just days after Ford last competed on the October 22 episode of Dynamite, where she and Bayne wrestled in a chaotic four-way tag match.

The duo was originally slated to compete in the AEW Women’s Tag Team Title Tournament, but after Ford was sidelined, Marina Shafir stepped in as Bayne’s replacement.

Now, with Ford medically cleared and back in the mix, the original pairing is back—and ready to make a statement.

Will Penelope Ford and Megan Bayne become serious contenders in AEW’s women’s tag division? Or is this reunion a one-time deal? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
