Travis Scott has remained absent from WWE television since WrestleMania 41. Since then, fans wondered if Scott was truly done with WWE, and now Paul Heyman has just confirmed WWE’s deal with Travis Scott fell through.

While speaking on the Ariel Helwani Show, Paul Heyman explained that the deal with Travis Scott fell apart and they moved forward without it. He said he didn’t know if Travis Scott was done with WWE in general.

Heyman noted that in the meetings he was part of that involved Travis, they got along fine. While he admitted to hearing certain things, he also said he doesn’t know how accurate those are since he hasn’t heard Travis Scott’s side of the story.

“Yeah, it was. It fell apart and we moved forward without it. The whole deal with Travis Scott fell apart. I don’t know if he’s done. Any meeting that I was in that involved Travis Scott, I got along with him fine. Have I heard things? I have. Do I know the accuracy of it? I haven’t heard Travis’ version of it.”

As reported earlier, Travis Scott’s future with WWE was in jeopardy after backstage frustration over his commitment issues continued to grow. That’s not all as Jelly Roll actually replaced Travis Scott for the high profile tag team match at SummerSlam, since Scott ultimately dropped the ball.

Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see whether Travis Scott will ever return to WWE, as it’s clear now that things between the two parties just aren’t really good at the moment.
