Kevin Knight is officially stepping into the AEW spotlight, and he’s doing it in a massive way—facing Will Ospreay in the opening round of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament at AEW Dynasty.

AEW made the announcement on the April 2, 2025 episode of AEW Dynamite just minutes after revealing the full tournament bracket, confirming that Knight vs. Ospreay will go down live on pay-per-view. This marks Knight’s first-ever AEW PPV match, and it doesn’t get much bigger than facing one of the world’s top wrestlers in a tournament with legacy-level stakes.

The matchup was teased earlier in the night when Knight and Ospreay teamed up to defeat Blake Christian and Lee Johnson in tag action. Now, they’ll go from allies to opponents in front of a packed house at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 8:00 PM EST.

The event will stream via Triller TV and traditional pay-per-view, and the full card is absolutely stacked.
