O’Shea Jackson Jr., son of Ice Cube and a devoted wrestling fan, didn’t shy away from sharing his thoughts on WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan at the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere. The star-studded event, featuring celebrities like Eric Andre and Wale, took an awkward turn when Hogan stepped into the spotlight and faced loud boos from the Los Angeles crowd.

Speaking on Sway’s Universe, Jackson Jr. revealed he was among those leading the chorus of disapproval. “I was one of them. I’ll show you the video. Me, Eric Andre, and Wale were giving it to him,” Jackson said, laughing. When asked why he joined in, he didn’t mince words: “The n***a-hating. The racism. It’s just hard to forget how detailed that rant was, and if you look up his rant, it’s very detailed.”

Jackson referred to the infamous 2015 scandal where Hogan was caught on tape using racist language. The fallout saw Hogan suspended from the WWE Hall of Fame for three years, though he eventually apologized and described the incident as a “speed bump.”

Reflecting on the moment at Raw, Jackson added, “Bringing him out here, what’d you think was gonna happen in LA? We heard the music, and it was like, ‘Ah, oh. Oh, no, no, no. Hold on.’ They let him have it.” Jackson also managed to use the moment to promote his upcoming movie, saying, “I’m glad I was there and I was able to show off the logo for ‘Den of Thieves 2: Pantera.’”
