WWE NXT just got an unexpected addition to tonight’s show — and it’s coming straight from the new champion herself.
Tatum Paxley revealed on Instagram that she’ll be opening the March 10, 2026 episode of WWE NXT following her recent title victory. Paxley shared the update with fans ahead of the show, confirming she’ll kick off the broadcast after capturing the NXT Women’s North American Championship at Vengeance Day: “TUNE IN TO SEE ME OPEN THE SHOW!🥰”
The announcement comes just days after Paxley defeated Izzi Dame to win the NXT Women’s North American Title at Vengeance Day, marking a major milestone in her NXT run.
Several matches are currently scheduled for the show, including a tag team bout featuring Joe Hendry and Myles Borne against Ricky Saints and Ethan Page. The WWE Women’s Speed Championship tournament will also conclude tonight as Thea Hail faces Wren Sinclair in the final. The winner will move on to challenge Fallon Henley for the title.
Elsewhere on the card, Sol Ruca will face Lainey Reid ahead of her upcoming NXT Women’s Championship opportunity. Other matches scheduled include Jasper Troy vs. Sean Legacy vs. Eli Knight in a triple threat match, along with a tag team bout featuring Charlie Dempsey and Tavion Heights against Lexis King and Uriah Connors.
WWE NXT will air live tonight at 8 PM ET from the WWE Performance Center on The CW Network, with international streaming available on Netflix. With a new champion opening the show and several big matches scheduled, tonight’s episode is shaping up to be a big one for the NXT brand.
