The Evolution 2 Premium Live Event is going down tonight and a few hours ahead of the show, WWE has just announced the opening match for the highly anticipated event.

WWE took to their official Twitter account and announced that the Intercontinental Championship triple threat match between Becky Lynch, Lyra Valkyria and Bayley will be kicking off Evolution 2, as they said, “The Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match will be KICKING OFF #WWEEvolution!”

Considering the in-ring skills of all three competitors inside the match, fans can expect Lynch, Valkyria and Bayley to absolutely steal the show and many feel it’s the best way to open Evolution 2.

That’s not the only highly anticipated match in the show as IYO SKY will defend her WWE Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley, Naomi will take on Jade Cargill in a No Holds Barred match and many other matches are on the card that will ensure fans have a great time. Therefore, we’ll have to wait and see how Evolution 2 will turn out when all is said and done.
