Just under two hours before WWE NXT went live, Ethan Page dropped a fiery promo confirming that he’s kicking off the May 27th episode in a title showdown against Ricky Saints.

In footage posted by WWE across social media, the former AEW star made it clear he’s done talking and ready to let his actions speak for themselves.

“I’m focused. There is nothing more that needs to be said. We’re starting off the show. First match, no more waiting. No more talking. Now, actions speak louder than words, and I’m going to let mine speak very loudly tonight.”

The North American Championship match between Page and Saints was already a key highlight of the card, but now that it’s confirmed to be the opener, NXT is looking to start the night with a bang.

Page’s challenge comes just a week after the two collided in a heated backstage segment, setting the stage for what’s expected to be a hard-hitting clash at the Capitol Wrestling Center.

WWE NXT airs live at 8 PM ET on the CW Network, with international streaming available via Netflix. Keep an eye on Ringside News’ live coverage hub for match-by-match breakdowns and key moments as they unfold.
