Nyla Rose has been missing from AEW television for months now—and fans are starting to ask questions. The former AEW Women’s World Champion hasn’t appeared on weekly TV since November, leaving many wondering what’s going on with The Native Beast.
During a recent post-AEW Dynamite show, Sean Ross Sapp addressed the situation after a fan pointed out that Rose has been absent for quite a while. Sapp confirmed there’s no known injury keeping her out of action.
“I have not heard that she’s injured. She wrestled in Vegas, I want to say, Mania week. She was on the Jericho Cruise,” Sapp said. “But she hasn’t wrestled on AEW TV since like November. And sometimes that’s just something they do. They cycle people off TV.”
Rose’s last appearance on AEW television was on the November 22, 2024 edition of Rampage, where she teamed with Harley Cameron in a losing effort against Mariah May and Mina Shirakawa. Since then, Rose has wrestled outside AEW programming—including during WrestleMania week in Las Vegas—but hasn’t been brought back to the weekly spotlight.
AEW is known for its deep roster and rotational booking strategy, which often leaves several stars on the sidelines while others rotate in. It seems that Nyla Rose is simply caught in that shuffle for now.
