NXT’S Fatal Influence Fails To Win Knockouts Tag Team Titles At TNA Emergence

Fatal Influence isn’t going to be totally covered in gold after all.

TNA Wrestling brought Emergence to pay-per-view this week, and that included a big Knockouts Tag Team Title match.

The Elegance Brand walked into Emergence as the Knockouts Tag Team Champions, but they had a hefty challenge on their hands. The crossover team from NXT of Fatal Influence was on hand along with the IInspiration and Lei Ying Lee and Xia Brookside.

This match went for a good stretch of time, and the crowd gave them “this is awesome” chants. In the end, the Elegance Brand were able to emerge as champions as they got the pinfall win. It is important to note that Fatal Influence didn’t take the loss, but they still didn’t walk out with the titles. Needless to say, this is not how they wanted the chips to fall.

NXT and TNA Wrestling’s partnership has seen a lot of interesting matches. Only time will tell what is in the pipeline, because there are a lot of possibilities as the two sides continue.
