There has been speculation regarding the War Games match and if it would feature just one or two rings at the upcoming NXT Takeover: War Games. Traditionally the match featured two rings but WWE never elaborated in their announcement if that’s how they were bringing the match back.
According to The Toyota Center’s Facebook page, the NXT Takeover: War Games match will in fact feature two rings. Here is how the match was described in the description for the promotional video:
“This battle will be between teams that fight in two rings enclosed by a steel cage!”
