NXT Superstar Keanu Carver is back on Twitter after weeks of silence, and he’s making it clear that he isn’t backing down from his controversial comments targeting Roman Reigns and the Bloodline.
Carver’s Twitter account disappeared a couple of weeks ago after he fired off a scathing rant aimed at the Samoan faction, accusing them of political hypocrisy and slamming their influence in WWE.
In his original rant, Carver took direct aim at Reigns and his Bloodline stablemates, writing, “These mfs ain ready for ts. They d**eating these Samoan mfs who think they like that, who be voting for Trump n ain really like that.”* The inflammatory statement led to immediate backlash, with some fans speculating that Carver was reprimanded by WWE. Shortly after, his account vanished without explanation.
Now, Carver is back, and he’s wasting no time stirring the pot. In his latest string of tweets, Carver made it clear that he’s standing by his previous remarks. “They say I’m crazy,” he tweeted, before doubling down with, “But I know I’m not crazy.”
Carver then fired a warning shot at anyone who has a problem with his statements, stating, “Regardless, I stand on business. If you got a problem w me, get up w me.”
But he didn’t stop there. The NXT star made it clear that he’s not finished, telling his critics, “YALL THOT I WAS DONE. WAIT FOR THIS NEXT JAWN.”
Carver’s return to Twitter has reignited discussions about free speech in wrestling, backstage politics in WWE, and how far wrestlers can go when it comes to airing personal grievances. Some fans support Carver’s right to speak his mind, while others feel he’s crossed the line by bringing up political affiliations and calling out the Bloodline in such a blunt manner.
