WWE’s WrestleMania 42 card is slowly coming into focus as new details about the possible number of matches planned for the two-night event have started to surface.

According to Bodyslam.net, internal expectations currently point toward a packed lineup when WrestleMania heads to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. With the show now just weeks away, sources have begun sharing insight into how many bouts WWE may be planning across both nights of the event. The report indicates that the current plan calls for a substantial number of matches spread across the two-night card.

“WrestleMania 42 is only 44 days away. The 2 night event will once again take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.”

Sources suggest that WWE is preparing for at least fourteen matches across the two nights, with the possibility that the final card could grow even larger depending on how the remaining storylines play out.

“Sources indicate to Bodyslam that WrestleMania 42 will feature at least 14 matches over the 2 nights.”

Another source reportedly suggested the total could climb even higher, with WWE potentially adding more bouts due to scheduling adjustments made for this year’s show.

“Another source indicated that the card could have a solid 16 matches this year with the earlier start time that was announced recently.”

If the final card does land in that range, WrestleMania 42 would feature one of the most stacked match lineups in the event’s history. WWE’s two-night WrestleMania format has given the company far more flexibility to include championship bouts, celebrity appearances, and major storyline payoffs across the expanded schedule.

With more than a month still remaining before the event, the card is expected to continue evolving as WWE finalizes its biggest show of the year in Las Vegas. Keep checking back to Ringside News for the latest breaking news about WrestleMania in the coming weeks.
