Nikki Bella is being brutally honest about how she sees herself—both on TV and in the mirror, admitting that she still body-shames herself.
On the latest episode of The Nikki & Brie Show, the WWE Hall of Famer opened up about her post-baby body struggles and admitted she still deals with self-criticism, even after all her hard work in the gym.
The conversation started with Nikki talking about her segment from the December 8th episode of RAW, where Raquel Rodriguez laid her out. But instead of focusing on the pain, Nikki zeroed in on something else—the way her glutes looked on screen.
“Hell of a bump, little jiggle jiggle. You know what made me proud of that moment? Seeing it back, you really have to see my glutes firing up, and it just shows how much squatting and deadlifting you and I have been doing. The glutes are really performing and shaping up.”
While the former Divas Champion praised her lower body, she also admitted that her stomach remains a source of insecurity—especially after becoming a mom.
“But I will admit I body-shame myself about my stomach, and all the moms are with me on this. It’s hard because I’m trying to fix parts about myself that can’t be fixed with exercise. It’s just hard seeing yourself on TV after having a child.”
Nikki made it clear that she’s not trying to hide her feelings—she’s just being honest. And she wants people to know that even someone with her platform can have low moments about their appearance.
“I’m allowed to feel a certain way. Look, I have a healthy, amazing little boy, and that’s what matters. There are just times I’m like, ‘Ooooh, should I?’ I’m allowed to feel bad about myself if I want. I’m working hard on the parts I want to fix.”
The conversation then turned to cosmetic fixes—specifically her under-eyes. Nikki said she’s done her research and might consider something non-invasive in the future, but she drew a hard line at fillers.
“I want to fix the under-eyes a little bit, but that’s another conversation. I was like, wait—so people are getting fat out of their hips and putting it under their eyes? I know some people who got PRP and their under-eyes look amazing, and I feel like I might be at that point where I might have to fix my under-eyes a little bit. But I won’t get filler.”
This isn’t the first time Nikki has been open about how she’s feeling in this stage of her life. Last month, she talked about her single status and why she’s been posting more thirst traps than usual. In her words, it’s not about playing games—it’s just about feeling good.
“I’m all about thirst traps lately. I love thirst traps now because I need attention at times, and that’s the only time I get attention since I don’t text with anyone or do any of that stuff, so that’s where it feeds me. So sometimes your girl needs to post a thirst trap to feel a little something. At least I can admit it!”
Nikki Bella isn’t pretending everything’s flawless—she’s just showing that confidence and insecurity can exist in the same mirror. And for a lot of women, that truth hits home.
