Nikki Bella Devastated After Talking Scenes Were Cut from Happy Gilmore 2

Nikki Bella has just revealed that all of her talking scenes from Happy Gilmore 2 were cut from the movie.

While speaking on the Nikki and Brie Show, Nikki Bella revealed that her scenes were cut from Happy Gilmore 2. She had heard a few months earlier that 20 minutes needed to be removed from the film and had been hoping it wouldn’t be her footage and unfortunately, it was.

All of Nikki Bella’s speaking parts were taken out, along with the scenes featuring the group of people she filmed with. Many of the funny moments they had worked on together were also removed.

Bella found out while watching the movie for the first time and admitted she felt heartbroken and embarrassed. It hit her hard, especially since she had just done media appearances promoting her character. In the end, she was disappointed that viewers wouldn’t even get to learn her character’s name.

“I remember hearing a few months ago that 20 minutes had to be cut out, and I’d been praying it wouldn’t be my stuff. It was my stuff. All my talking scenes got cut. Not just mine, but the whole group of people I filmed with. The characters I had to work with—most of our funny scenes were taken out.

I found out while I was sitting there watching it. I’m not gonna lie, inside I was really bummed and devastated, red-faced. You know that feeling when you’re just like, oh my gosh? I was sad. I wish I knew before, especially since I had done media right before that and was talking about my character. And then, you don’t even end up knowing my name.”

Besides Nikki Bella, the movie will also feature MJF as well as Becky Lynch. While it’s a shame all of her talking scenes were removed, fans hope all of her scenes will be included in a re-release in the future, as fans feel she deserves more respect.
