Nikki Bella just made it official—she’s single. And while the dating rumors with NFL star Cooper DeJean aren’t going away, she’s not rushing to put a label on anything.
The WWE Hall of Famer was stopped by Adam’s Apple at the Philadelphia airport on February 1, 2026, where she was asked directly about her relationship status after weeks of speculation. Bella made it clear she’s definitely single, saying, “Yes, I am single.”
But when the interviewer followed up and asked if she was dating, Nikki gave a knowing smile and replied: “I’m having fun.”
It’s the first on-camera response she’s given since fans began speculating about her and DeJean back in December. That’s when Nikki showed up at Lincoln Financial Field during the Eagles-Raiders game, posed inside DeJean’s locker, and later shared photos with him. Her caption didn’t exactly kill the rumors: “So blessed for the people around me, new friends and old, who make life so special and fun.”
Just days later, she doubled down with a December 28 Instagram video where she strutted in DeJean’s jersey before the Eagles-Bills game. The caption?
“Walking into Sunday like…. 🦅🔥 ‘Been there, WON that.’ 🙌🏼 #flyeaglesfly”
And DeJean didn’t do much to calm speculation either—dropping a heart and eagle emoji on one of Nikki’s posts, which only fueled the firestorm.
The attention came shortly after Nikki clapped back at unrelated online accusations about her dating life. At the time, she noted, “I haven’t even kissed anyone in forever. Might need to start practicing on a pillow at this point.”
That was then. Now, Nikki seems more than ready to re-enter the limelight on her own terms. Following her finalized divorce from Artem Chigvintsev in November, she’s making it clear: she’s single, she’s unbothered, and she’s enjoying whatever comes next.
What do you think Nikki Bella meant by “having fun”? Is it a soft launch with Cooper DeJean, or is she just living her best single life? Drop your thoughts in the comments and join the conversation.
