Nick LoPiccolo just dropped another twist in his ongoing saga with alleged burner accounts—and this time, he says someone’s pretending to be WWE.
On February 3, 2026, the talent agent took to X and revealed he’s been receiving strange texts from VOIP numbers—claiming to be from WWE’s corporate office. According to LoPiccolo, the numbers used were Connecticut-based area codes, but the behavior was anything but official.
“It would be nice if I didn't get texts from a 475 number (and a few weeks ago, a 203 number) pretending to be the WWE office. Both are obviously VOIPs aka burner phones.”
He followed up with another post, claiming someone tried to access his Instagram account that same day:
“Someone tried to hack into my Instagram account today as well.”
The timing of this revelation couldn’t be more suspicious. LoPiccolo has been vocal online about AEW President Tony Khan allegedly operating a burner account under the alias “Ron,” and he recently coined the term “Rons” to describe Khan’s staunch defenders and suspected online operatives. Now, it seems the conflict has escalated from X posts to shady phone activity.
There’s no confirmation that these fake texts or hacking attempts are connected to the AEW-related drama, but LoPiccolo’s implication is clear: someone wants him to think WWE is contacting him—when it’s absolutely not.
With burner phones, social engineering, and login attempts now in play, the real question is how far this wrestling-adjacent tech feud will go—and whether anyone involved will speak out.
