WWE President Nick Khan made it clear he’s not losing sleep over what fans say about him online—and he doesn’t even bother looking.
During his appearance on Impaulsive with Logan Paul, Khan was asked how he handles criticism from the WWE Universe. His response? He doesn’t care, because their opinions don’t matter unless they’re close to him.
“If a fan out there says, ‘Hey, this piece of shit President of the company,’ doesn’t matter to me. If they also said, ‘This guy is so great,’ doesn’t matter. If I’m close with you, then I care what your opinion is of me.”
Khan explained that seeking out anonymous feedback is a losing game—and he’s never once looked himself up on social media.
“If you walked into a crowded restaurant and said, ‘Please give me your anonymous feedback,’ and they came back saying, ‘Your hair is too white. Your shirt is too ugly,’ and I’m like, ‘Hey, how could you say these things?’ You asked for it. I get it.”
He went on to say that his focus is locked on WWE’s business performance, not fan opinions. In his role, it comes down to three key things.
“I’ve never once searched my name on X. I’ve never once searched my name on the internet. Whether it’s positive or negative, I don’t care about that. I care about, at WWE, part of my job is ratings, revenue, and relevancy. We refer to it as the three R’s. Those are the things I’m focused on.”
Nick Khan’s message couldn’t be more blunt—he’s not here to win a popularity contest. Whether fans love him or call him every name in the book, he’s laser-focused on keeping WWE profitable, relevant, and on top. Love him or hate him, he’s not reading your tweets anyway.
