Hulk Hogan’s presence was felt in a big way at WWE SummerSlam 2025—but it was his son, Nick Hogan, who drew attention from the crowd as he sat front row for the event.
During the live broadcast from MetLife Stadium, Michael Cole addressed Hulk Hogan’s July 24 passing at the age of 71, noting the Hall of Famer’s undefeated SummerSlam record, which included wins over Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels, and Sgt. Slaughter. As Cole spoke, cameras showed Nick Hogan in attendance, watching the action up close in a clear nod to his father’s lasting legacy.
Nick’s appearance came just days after WWE honored The Hulkster with moments of silence on SmackDown, Raw, and NXT. Those ceremonies were attended by several of Hogan’s longtime friends and colleagues, including Jimmy Hart, Eric Bischoff, and Sgt. Slaughter.
Hulk Hogan’s cause of death was later confirmed to be a heart attack, with reports revealing he had been privately battling Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia before his passing.
