Nick Hogan isn’t denying the wrestling rumors—he’s feeding them.
After a photo of him training with NWA star Bryan Idol went viral, Hogan added fuel to the fire during a brief chat with TMZ Sports at LAX. And while he didn’t confirm a full-blown career move, he made one thing clear: wrestling runs deep in his DNA.
Just two days after posting a gym selfie next to a ring with Idol, Hogan told TMZ, “You never know, man. It’s in the blood. So, you never know.”
When asked directly about stepping into the business his father, Hulk Hogan, helped define, Nick didn’t shy away from the connection. He admitted he’s always felt close to pro wrestling and that being around the ring reminds him of his dad.
“I’ve always loved the business,” he added. “Being around that environment makes me feel that much closer to my pops.”
Hogan also noted that he’s constantly in contact with people in the wrestling world, saying:
“The wrestling community truly is a family… so being in contact with wrestlers and execs in the industry is nothing new.”
The original photo with Bryan Idol was taken at FTW’s World Wrestling Academies, a training hub responsible for developing talent across WWE, AEW, NWA, and Impact Wrestling. Idol’s caption read: “Solid workout with @thebryanidol today 💪,” and the presence of the ring in the background kicked off instant speculation.
No official debut has been announced, but between the company he’s keeping and the words he’s choosing, Nick Hogan isn’t exactly shutting the door. Whether it’s a one-off match or a full chapter, the Hogan name might be returning to the ring once again.
