Nic and Ryan Nemeth are not staying quiet after watching Trick Williams win the TNA World Championship at NXT Battleground.

During heated interview on WhatCulture Wrestling’s Hollywood Heels, the brothers unloaded on Joe Hendry for losing TNA’s top prize to a WWE/NXT talent—and they didn’t hold anything back.

When the interviewer brought up Trick’s shocking title win, Nic Nemeth didn’t dance around how he felt. He made it clear the loss wasn’t just part of a storyline. This one hit deep.

“I’m absolutely furious and pissed off about it. And that’s not a joke or a game or like, ‘isn’t this a funny snip or clip to play?’ I feel like Joe Hendry has accomplished so much and he’s brought so many eyes to TNA and he’s kicked so much ass. We need—this isn’t a world of participation medals and awards that says, ‘Hey, great job. You lost our world title to a guy from a different company.’”

Nic then doubled down, saying Hendry’s loss should be met with accountability—not applause.

“So I don’t go, ‘Hey, great job, buddy. Thanks for trying really hard and losing our title to a different company.’ I say I congratulate him when he brings people in. When he defends that title, he beat me and I said, ‘Damn it, you beat me. You got me.’ And when you lose and you mess up just like I do to myself or I get on Ryan’s case, when we make mistakes, we own up to it. He lost our world title. I am not okay with that. I feel like we might need to bring back wrestler court or something or pull him aside with everybody in the locker room.”

And he finished the rant with a blunt truth TNA fans are still trying to wrap their heads around.

“If everyone’s going to pat him on the back for the good things, we need to let him know that he messed up and lost our world title. Trick Williams is a badass. He’s awesome. He’s got a great future. But he is an NXT talent who now is the TNA World Champion. And I am pissed off about it.”

Nic continued hammering the point home, saying past success doesn’t excuse the present failure.

“This isn’t a world of participation medals… When you lose and mess up, just like I do to myself or I get on Ryan’s case, we own up to it.”

Then Ryan Nemeth jumped in—and if you thought things might cool off, think again. He pointed straight to the man who beat his brother for the title and then dropped it on another brand’s turf.

“Look, Joe Hendry somehow in with a stroke of magic and God and all the luck in the world ended up taking the title from Nick. Okay, that’s insane as it is. But if you’re going to do that, overcome those odds and beat that degree of caliber of a wrestler and then lose the title to that guy… I mean, I’m willing to give him a chance to win that title back and do the right thing and bring it back where it belongs. But you don’t want the guy that beats your big brother to, you know, do the unspeakable there.”

While both brothers admitted that Trick Williams is talented, they stood united in their belief that Joe Hendry crossed a line—one that disrespected their locker room, their company, and their championship.
