Nic Nemeth is staying put in TNA Wrestling—and has now made it official.
On January 15, 2026, TNA Wrestling dropped a video on Twitter featuring Nic Nemeth, Carlos Silva, and Tommy Dreamer as Nemeth signed a brand-new contract with the promotion. After nearly two years of insisting he wouldn’t lock himself into a long-term deal, Nemeth has now made a commitment—and he did it with trademark swagger.
“This is awesome. The last two years with TNA Wrestling have been fantastic—a dream come true. I’m looking forward to TNA Wrestling on AMC; it’s going to be a big year for us.”
In the video, Nemeth confidently signed the paperwork on camera, making it clear that he sees championship gold in his future—and a bigger payday once he gets it.
“And now, it’s time to sign this and let you know you’re getting a nice deal on me, since I’m going to become TNA World Champion again. So now I’m making it official—joining TNA Wrestling, and now I’m going to be World Champion again. Don’t worry, there will be more backend points once I’m champ.”
This is a big shift from his earlier stance in 2025, when Nemeth told Adrian Hernandez that he didn’t want to tie himself down to any promotion long-term—even while praising TNA’s culture and future. At the time, he said:
“I refuse to sign a long-term deal with anybody… I’m not going anywhere—I love being here.”
Fast forward to 2026, and it’s clear that belief in the company has only grown. With AMC distribution, a revamped roster, and Nemeth now locked in, TNA is positioning itself for a powerful run—and Nemeth wants to be front and center for all of it.
