Nia Jax Reveals Next Steps Following WWE Royal Rumble Loss

Nia Jax was one of the favorites to win the Women’s Royal Rumble match and she truly put on a dominant performance. Despite falling short of victory, Jax is already looking ahead to her next goal and it’s likely going to involve some championship gold around her waist.

While speaking to MuscleManMalcolm, Nia Jax talked about her next steps following the Royal Rumble. When asked if she was interested in pursuing the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, Jax made it clear she was obviously interested.

While she is currently a SmackDown star, Jax pointed out that she is competing on both brands right now and that Chelsea Green and Lyra Valkyria are both champions in WWE. Jax noted that she is ready for any challenge.

The former WWE Women’s Champion also praised Green and Valkyria, as she made it clear she would love to face them in the ring. Jax also added that she believes she deserves to hold a championship, making a title run something fans shouldn’t rule out.

“Yeah, why not? I mean, right now, we have Chelsea Green over there, and Lyra as well. Look at me—I’m on both brands now, having a great time. So, anybody can catch it. I would love to get in the ring with those girls. They’re incredibly talented, and I think I deserve to be wearing gold. So, why not?”

Therefore, we will have to wait and see whether Nia Jax will end up becoming the Women’s United States or Intercontinental Champion, as fans feel Jax deserves another title run after her excellent reign as the WWE Women’s Champion.
