Nia Jax & Lash Legend Reveal New WWE Tag Team Name

Nia Jax and Lash Legend are officially putting the WWE women’s tag team division on notice — and now they’ve got a name to match their presence.

During the February 20 episode of WWE SmackDown, the powerhouse duo was interviewed backstage by Byron Saxton, where Jax revealed what they’ll be known as moving forward, The Irresistible Forces.

The name is a nod to Jax’s long-running “Irresistible Force” moniker, now upgraded into a two-woman wrecking crew. But they didn’t just unveil branding — they also dropped major news for next week. Jax and Legend confirmed they’ll challenge the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY, for the titles.

This comes after the two teams clashed on the February 13 episode of SmackDown, where the match ended in a no contest, leaving unfinished business hanging in the air.

Now, The Irresistible Forces are getting another shot — this time with gold on the line. With Jax’s raw power and Legend’s athletic dominance, the champions may be facing their most physically imposing challenge yet. Next week’s showdown could drastically reshape the tag division.
