New Tag Team Match Added to January 17 WWE SmackDown

Another big match has just been locked in for tonight’s WWE SmackDown. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Naomi are set to step into the ring for a non-title match against Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.

Belair and Naomi have been riding high as champions, but last week’s Fatal 4-Way match threw them into chaos. Bayley managed to pull off a victory against Belair, Naomi, and Nia Jax to earn a shot at Tiffany Stratton’s WWE Women’s Championship. Now, the tag champs are looking to make a statement against “The Irresistible Force” and the unpredictable Candice LeRae.

WWE hyped up the match, stating, “Bayley reigned supreme in last week’s turbulent Fatal 4-Way Match against Nia Jax, Naomi and Bianca Belair to earn the right to challenge Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Title, but the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions are coming for more when they take on The Irresistible Force and the disruptive Candice LeRae.”

That’s not the only big moment set for tonight’s show. Solo Sikoa is making his return, and a major tag team showdown is happening as Motor City Machine Guns take on Los Garza to determine the next challengers for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
