Natalya Asked WWE for Permission to Appear at EVOLVE

Natalya has been on an absolute tear as of late, thanks to her competing outside WWE, notably at Bloodsport XIII and NWA’s Crockett Cup tournament this year. It’s clear she isn’t done yet as Natalya has now revealed she has asked WWE whether she can go to EVOLVE.

While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Natalya revealed her interest in working with other wrestling brands and revealed that she had asked WWE for permission to appear at EVOLVE. Natalya made it obvious that she’s genuinely interested in what the brand is doing.

“I was at an EVOLVE taping because I asked WWE, I asked Hunter and the powers that be if I can go to EVOLVE. Because I really am interested in what they’re doing at EVOLVE…”

On May 7th, EVOLVE introduced new men’s and women’s championships. A Fatal 4-Way match will decide the first-ever Women’s Champion, featuring Kendal Grey, Wendy Choo, Kali Armstrong, and Kylie Rae.

This comes after Natalya admitted that WWE typecast her since she was afraid of taking risks for several years, but that’s long gone now since Nattie is more than determined to show the world what she’s made of.

It has not been confirmed if WWE officially approve Natalya’s appearances in EVOLVE, but it’s obvious she’s starting an exciting new part of her career. She’s ready to take risks and so we’ll have to see if she will make an appearance in EVOLVE soon enough.
