Cardi B may be friendly with WWE after hosting SummerSlam, but she isn’t on everyone’s good side. Naomi is out of action, as she’s pregnant, but so is Cardi. When those babies come out, there may be a beef to settle.
Naomi already sent a good threat to Cardi B, but that isn’t the end of the story by a long shot. Naomi and Cardi B traded words online after a post involving WWE Sign Guy sparked a viral exchange.
It all started when Naomi shared a throwback photo of herself holding a sign that read “Put caution tape over Naomi’s mouth” and tagged WWE Sign Guy with the caption.
“.@RickWWESignGuy DON’T PISS ME OFF ⚠️”
Cardi B then replied in support of WWE Sign Guy. She obviously didn’t care to ruffle The Glow’s feathers.
“Omggggg I was thinking the same thinggg @RickWWESignGuy.”
Naomi responded with a direct warning to Cardi B to say, “When I catch you, I’m going to wrap you so tight in caution tape you will look like a mummy 😒 hahahahahahahahaha⚠️”
The exchange between the two went down just after Cardi B tweeted at Triple H about “these girls trying me” while addressing the idea of wrestling at SummerSlam. She has not wrestled for WWE yet, but an opponent may be ready for her.
Naomi logged onto X today and fired off a post directed at the WAP rapper. She posted to say that Cardi B’s new album, Am I the Drama?, is good, but there is still a score to settle when they see each other again.
“@iamcardib this new album is so 🔥 but I’m not done with you😈. After we have our babies I better see your scary a⚠️⚠️ in the ring 2027 hahhahahahahahahahhahahahahhahaaha.”
Triple H has not ruled out the idea of Cardi B wrestling for WWE. Of course, she is currently pregnant, but so is Naomi. The idea of waiting until they’re both ready for this match still sounds like money for the former Women’s Champion.
Only time will tell if Cardi B and Naomi square off in the ring. A tag team match where Cardi B is paired up with someone like Jade Cargill makes sense. However, Naomi isn’t great at keeping friends in her storylines. Needless to say, the booking would be interesting for that match.
